Restorative yoga at Core Performance

Restorative yoga is just that ‘restorative’.

In today’s modern world we spend our lives rushing around, work, kids, family, trying to fit a million things into our days, restorative/yin  yoga gives us that time & space to just be, helping to relieve stress & anxiety, giving our minds and body’s time to balance, calm & slow down.

In restorative/yin classes poses are usually seated we hold poses for longer usually 3-10mins  using props to support the body which gives our bodies & mind time to relax allowing tension both physically & mentally to ease & relax great for everyone whether you are a total beginner or a hard & fast athlete , great for runners and anyone who does a lot of heavy weight training, restorative yoga along with other forms of yoga can benefit everyone.

So come give yourself some much needed you time, you will leave feeling relaxed , refreshed, & eased of both physical and mental tension.

MONDAY: 10.45am until 11.45am & 12pm until 1pm
TUESDAY: 7am until 8am & 9.30am until 10.15am
WEDNESDAY: 6pm until 7pm & 7.30pm until 8.30pm
FRIDAY EVERY OTHER WEEK: 6pm until 7pm
SUNDAY EVERY OTHER WEEK: 10am until 11am & 11.15am until 12.15pm
