Core Performance not only offers Personal Training & Small group it also offers a gym only memberships. This allows unlimited usage to the gym facility (excluding the CrossFit classes and CrossFit area).
Core Performance has a selection of lower and upper body machines along with lifting platforms, squat racks, pull up stations and a large selection of different lifting and curling bars allows for complete variation with all workouts while still hitting your goals.
