Bobbi started CrossFit nearly 3 years ago after attending a free taster here at Core Performance. Although she had no previous sporting background, she immediately fell in love with the constant variance and challenge of CrossFit, and especially the Olympic Lifting element. Bobbi has since taken part in several competitions around the country and events at our own box. She is passionate about proving that CrossFit is for everyone and helping others grow and develop right from the start.

Head Olympic Lifting Coach & British Weight lifting coach

Neil Devenish started his fitness career as a student of the Rising Crane Centre, learning Kung Fu and Mixed Martial Arts. After several years he achieved black belt and instructor status in 2006. From there he developed a deeper understanding of how conditioning plays a pivotal role in martial arts performance and grew his interest in how this can be applied more broadly for health and sports fitness.

Neil used Kettlebells extensively in his own  training and with his clients.   Neil was the strength and conditioning coach for the MMA fighters at Rising Crane and has trained professional footballers as well as a local football team. Neil has been successful in attaining an NVQ Level 3 in Personal Training and has supplemented his practical skill and knowledge further with a number of qualifications in strength and conditioning, and Olympic weight lifting. He is currently working with Core Performance to provide weight lifting and strength and conditioning coaching.
