Cancellation Policy
We ask members to give 1 full calendar months notice to cancel their membership. If a member cancels on or after the 2nd of any month, then a full payment will still be due the following month on the 1st.

Membership Hold policy
Should you need to put a membership on hold, please let us know 30 days prior to the date you need it paused. We can put your membership on hold for no longer than 3 months.
