CrossFit is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specialising in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.
Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency - not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specialising.
WORK HARD & STAY HUMBLE
The sense of community at Core Performance is unique; everyone knows one another, there is always someone to help with technique, you compare results, discuss competitions etc. This doesn’t happen in regular gyms, no one speaks to each another except to ask “are you using this?” Here, you know names, life stories… you know the people, they know you.
