WE ARE CROSSFIT BEDFORD

The sense of community at Core Performance is unique; everyone knows one another, there is always someone to help with technique, you compare results, discuss competitions etc. This doesn’t happen in regular gyms, no one speaks to each another except to ask “are you using this?” Here, you know names, life stories… you know the people, they know you.

CrossFit is a training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts.  Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specialising in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.

Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency - not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specialising.

GYM MEMBERSHIPS

We also have gym only memberships. The Core Performance facility spans over 10,000 square ft, with large areas for high intensity training as well as a large free weights section and many machines. Allowing you to tailor and vary your workouts as and how you please.

CROSSFIT MEMBERSHIPS

We have various CrossFit memberships and pricing options based on the number of sessions you require per month.
